Tracking Your Order

If tracking information is delayed, please allow 48–72 hours for updates to appear.
International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Undeliverable / Returned Packages

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or refusal to pay customs duties, reshipping fees may apply.

We are not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
Delays & Exceptions

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Renuaun is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
