Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or special promotions, processing may take a little longer.


Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We currently offer two main shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on your location, local postal services, and customs clearance procedures.


Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.

  • Free shipping may apply if your order meets our promotional thresholds (see homepage for current offers).


Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can use this number to follow your package on the carrier’s official website.

  • If tracking information is delayed, please allow 48–72 hours for updates to appear.


International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

  • Delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control.


Undeliverable / Returned Packages

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or refusal to pay customs duties, reshipping fees may apply.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.


Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery times may be extended due to factors such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier disruptions.

  • We do not take responsibility for delays caused by courier services, but we will do our best to assist in resolving issues.


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Renuaun is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible.
